Rewrite of Filtering article

Hey there. I've made a draft rewrite of the Filtering article at User:Opt/Drafts/Filtering, as I felt the original revision was a little hard to read and contained information better documented in a dedicated article. I see, but I still feel like the original information may still be useful to certain players, maybe we should break each section in the original page down into separate individual pages so the information is not lost and link to them on the main Filtering page.
