Self-care (also known as rectification by HBot) is the automated correction of server state through commands or, more recently, with dedicated packets. The term is believed to have been initially coined by Dinhero21[citation needed].
Common targets include operator status, game mode and game rules.
Due to chat command ratelimits imposed by Extras, dedicated packets and command cores are preferred over commands executed in chat.
