Template talk:Player

Rename to Player

It might be a good idea to rename this template to "Player", and then make a "Bot Developer" template that extends that and allows defining more specific info like "notable projects". User:Amy 01:32, 4 August 2026 (UTC)

I've moved Bot Developer to Player, leaving a redirect behind instead of making it a template that extends Player. Additionally, Notable Projects aren't exclusive to bot developers (clients and libraries are worth mentioning too), so perhaps that should also be renamed to Developer. Though, to be honest, I don't see much point in having that be a separate template to this one instead of just having projects default to blank. Also, perhaps "Notable Projects" should be renamed to just "Projects". It's shorter, and perhaps some projects mentioned aren't too "notable", not to be rude or anything. --Opt (talk) 09:12, 4 August 2026 (UTC)

Combo box revision switching for image

Would be nice to get some sort of switcher for the image, oneplusoneistwo has his Bedrock skin as a separate image, but it would be more concise to have it on this infobox. Would also be nice for the "classic" Chip skin I'm adding to Chipmunk (player). --Opt (talk) 12:25, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
