MrHonir was a Kaboom bot developer.
People badmouth him over his development of and involvement in the "DeathBot" project—something they took great offense at. It was just an experimental project from back then, created simply to see what it was capable of.
He was often called "MrHorny" to insult or humiliate him, as people had nowhere else to vent their spite. When people lack family members to support them, their aggression spills over onto the internet. Certain individuals added him to the blacklist in the HBot because they held a serious grudge against him.
