Scissors is a fork of Paper previously developed by TotalFreedom primarily to patch operator and creative exclusive exploits, with contributions from Kaboom players[1].
It was in use by Kaboom from May 2022[2] to March 2025[3], ultimately being superseded by PaperMixins once the project stopped receiving substantial updates.
Revival[edit]
Scissors has been revived with the power of "AI"[4], after a long period of being operated in maintenance mode, before the explosive popularity of large language models.
